Dear Unity Family,

You know that critical voice that shows up right when you're trying to feel good about yourself? The one that knows about the contradictions, the 3am anxiety spirals, the ways you've been wildly inconsistent?

This Sunday we're not fighting that voice. We're inviting it to have a seat.

Walt Whitman wrote: "Do I contradict myself? Very well then I contradict myself. I am large, I contain multitudes." And Unity teaches that because God is everywhere — in ALL things — we are made in the image of something infinite. Which means we cannot possibly be just one thing.

Your complexity isn't your malfunction. It's your design.

We'll explore what Carl Jung called the Shadow, what Buddhist teachers call inter-being, what neuroscience says about why you're literally wired to contain contradictions — and why welcoming ALL of yourself might be the most spiritually courageous thing you ever do.
