It's that time again. Over the last couple of meetings, we've been making room for transformation to happen within us, letting go of the stories others have told about us, as well as the stories we tell ourselves. We've made a decision to heal to heal ourselves and our relationships.
As we approach the holiday season, I invite you to reflect: What are we preparing to give birth to that is new?
