Just a reminder that our Men’s Group meets this Saturday from 10:00–11:30 AM. I hope you can join us.
This week, we’re wrapping up our series on Finding the Kingdom Within. This was also the focus we had planned for the retreat, and I appreciate your understanding as we shift to holding the retreat once a year moving forward.
Over the past weeks, we’ve been exploring what the Kingdom of Heaven really means. It’s not something small or separate from us—it’s not just a piece that lives somewhere in the heart. The Kingdom is the love, joy, peace, and light within each of us. It’s what reveals who we truly are, and it’s something we’re meant to share with one another.
We’ve also been reflecting on the idea that while this Kingdom exists in everyone, not everyone is aware of it yet. And when we begin to see it in each other—truly recognize it—that’s when something powerful happens.
This week, we’ll focus on the “how”:
How do we live from this place?
How do we show up with it?
How do we bring it into our relationships and our community?
In the Gospel of Thomas, it speaks to the idea that when we recognize the Kingdom within ourselves and each other, we begin to experience the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth.
So what does that look like in real life? And how do we grow into that together?
