HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Here we are in 2026. I pray for a year full of healthy self-love, compassion and care that nurtures and uplifts us and spreads to those around us!

We had so much fun at our Christmas party in December! Thank you, everyone, for coming and bringing such amazing treats and gifts! We had a big group and enjoyed each other so much :)

To start us off in a great way in 2026, this Saturday, Nena Joy will be presenting about how to practice small changes that morph into big, positive behaviors. What a super topic for the new year. Thank you, Nena Joy! She will be using material from the book by BJ Fogg, PhD, Tiny Habits: The Small Changes That Change Everything. Nena Joy will also guide us into choosing a behavior we would like to adopt and the small steps we can take to get there. I am REALLY looking forward to this!

We will meet in the CommUnity room this Saturday the 10th at 10 am until noon. Please feel free to bring a snack and/or love offering, if you like. We will provide coffee and tea.

If you would like to learn how to set up for our gatherings as well as make coffee, please arrive at 9:15 am--it takes awhile to get everything organized. I will get there at 9 am since the coffee pot needs 15 minutes to warm up.

Our WOW group is so sweet and supportive! Everyone has important and fascinating knowledge and wisdom to share. I am very excited about learning from you this year and moving through life together. Thank you for being you and being willing to share your love and experiences with all of us WOW ladies.

Nena Joy, Novella and I look forward to sharing Saturday morning with you! Great love and blessings, Chris and Novella
