This month, we’ve explored Love as the power of creation and Love as a healing force. This Sunday, we take it further with “Love in Action.”
When we think of Love in action, we often picture acts of service—housing the unhoused, feeding the hungry, and supporting our communities. And while these are powerful expressions of love, what if we went deeper?
What if we discovered even more transformative ways to activate love in our lives and in the world?
This Sunday, we’ll explore four ways to bring Love into action:
Self-Love – At first, this may seem self-centered, but all creation begins within. If we do not love ourselves, how can we truly love others? This echoes Jesus’ teaching: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
Love in Relationships – From personal connections to societal bonds, love flows through all our interactions, reminding us that we are part of a greater whole.
Love Through Service and Generosity – Love expands when we give, serve, and uplift others.
Love in Thought and Prayer – Our thoughts shape our reality, and love, when cultivated in consciousness, becomes a powerful force for good.
Love as a practice—not just a feeling, but a way of being.
Then, I invite you to go even deeper in SoulShare on Sunday evening—a sacred time to experience Love as a truly transformative and healing energy.
Love,
Gordon
PS. Another way we can share our love is by practicing one of our core values, “God and Unity leave no one out.” See the article below about how you may be able to practice Love by being part of our bilingual efforts!
