Do you want more energy, physical flexibility, increased emotional and physical benefits? Then, put on your comfortable clothes and come join us! This class taught by Sharon Maughan is based on very slow and controlled movements of the Chinese martial arts. Gentle and easty to learn. Any level of ability is welcome. No prior experience is necessary. Mondays and Wednesdays, beginning May 2 and May 4 in the Sanctuary.
