 ho is the other? And why does the other matter so much?\n\n\n\nYou may rem
 ember Gordon leaving us with a question last week — something that linge
 red in the air like an open invitation: Are you willing to let the other s
 it next to you? Whether that's the person in the chair beside you\, or the
  stranger at the table — are you willing?\n\n\nThis week\, we're going t
 o explore that question together.\n\n\n\nWe'll be spending some time with 
 Walt Whitman — a gay man writing in 1855\, who more than earns his place
  in the LGBT family and in the broader queer community we celebrate this m
 onth. His words were radical then. In many ways\, they still are.\n\n\n\nA
 nd yes — it can feel scary right now. The political climate is real\, an
 d I don't want to pretend otherwise. But that's exactly why this conversat
 ion matters. How do we\, as a spiritual community\, keep showing up as a w
 elcoming home for every other — the familiar ones and the new ones?\n\n\
 nHere's what I know: we all have an other. Every single one of us. And it'
 s nobody's fault. It's just the human condition — until we wake up to so
 mething larger.\n\n\n\nI look forward to seeing you this Sunday. Thank you
  for your love\, your support\, and your open hearts.\n\n\nAnd so it is. A
